Waterproofing Existing Concrete Surfaces

Looking to install SEMCO Liquid Membrane over existing concrete? Below are all the products that are required for substrate preparation and application. When installing our liquid membrane waterproofing over existing concrete, it's recommended to follow PREP D (Nu-Lift Cleaner & Stone Soap). If the concrete has oil stains or grease we recommend using Power Cleaner & Stone Soap. 

If you would like the Liquid Membrane to be a trafficable surface, the Titan Shield sealer is also required. 

Fabric Reinforcement is recommended on any substrate that has seams or joints. On substrates that consist of different elements/boards, the weak point are the seams where most of the movement can occur.
